About Me

My name is Shaunte Washington, and I am the founder of Talent Financial. I help churches and small businesses bring clarity, order, and integrity to their finances so they can focus on what truly matters.

After experiencing personal restoration through faith in Jesus Christ, I developed a deep conviction for stewardship, discipline, and accountability in every area of life, including finances. That conviction now drives the work I do today.

I have a degree in business administration and am currently pursuing formal education in accounting and finance while building hands-on experience in bookkeeping, financial cleanup, reporting, and systems organization. I also bring over five years of restaurant management experience, where I have developed strong leadership, operational, budgeting, problem-solving, and team management skills in a fast-paced business environment.

My experience with Rehoboth Missional Church has allowed me to apply these skills in a real ministry setting. I have assisted with financial cleanup work, organized financial records, prepared financial reporting, and helped draft policies designed to bring greater structure, accountability, and clarity to the church’s financial operations. This work has given me a practical understanding of what churches need when it comes to stewardship, transparency, and reliable financial systems.

I understand how overwhelming financial records can become, especially for ministries and growing businesses, and I take pride in turning confusion into clarity. My background in management, ministry finance, and bookkeeping has given me a practical understanding of what business owners and church leaders need: organization, consistency, trustworthy reporting, and systems that actually support the mission.
